The base pay is $5.00 within 5 miles + $1.00/mile from the Merchant

Filling out 1 of these 2 forms the e-mail is a option it's recommended to fill out the e-mail section if you want to get a receipt send to you, I can't print out receipts. if you want to get invoice send to your e-mail will need to pay in person the first few times to build trust.
Keep in mind even if you pay the merchant I will still need to get paid before I drop off the order or I'll take it back to the merchant.
